Dark Day

An uneasiness settles in crowding out my sensibility

Foolish boomer; your purpose is vague;

Your mind scattered

Never completing; always beginning,

Making lists for Comfort; never adhering.

From whence thou cometh, Procrastinator?

Find your focus -

Sit. Stay. Roll over.

Play dead...

Thursday - not ready for the weekend.

Backing out gracefully.

Sorry. Nobody home!

**

"Come to me all who are heavy burdened..."

The Son came out.

What a beautiful poem Glynis. And congratulations on winning Janice Dick's book on God With Us: Finding Joy, which caused me to visit here and discover such treasure.

God bless you and give you much Son-Shine to brighten your day tomorrow.
With love,
